Our prestigious client, based in Sunderland requires a Customer Service Advisor to work at their Head Office.
Applicants should have previous adminstrative experience and be methodical with excellent organisational skills and a confident telephone manner.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week, 9am - 5pm with some Saturday working required on a rota basis.
Working within the boiler installation processing team, the role involves processing applications, understanding benefits, processing leads, inbound and outbound telephone calls, and booking technical surveys.
You will use the dedicated work management system to qualify successful applicants and manage customer expectations throughout the installation process. Working closely with your colleagues, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high quality data analysis
- Meeting / adhering to KPI's
- Answering queries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring all applications are completed correctly
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Providing support to vulnerable customers
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis but could lead to permanent employment.
