Claims Administrator in Mexborough

The Job

Our client, a manufacturer of high quality steel radiators has a permanent requirement for an experienced Claims Administrator in Mexborough, South Yorkshire.

The main purpose of the role is to process merchant, developer, and direct claims to agreed timescales.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills with a polite and confident telephone manner. Computer skills are also important (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & experience with CRM and SAP is preferred but not essential.

Duties include:

  • To process claims accurately
  • Identify issues / concerns with claims
  • Liaise with the Contracts Team where necessary to clarify queries
  • Completion of a monthly report to show the differences between amounts claimed and amounts paid
  • Keep receipts log up to date
  • Provide quotations cover including creating quotes to a set template and issuing to merchants / contractors in a timely manner

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
