The Job

Keen to gain a career in Adminstration? Here at Concept Recruitment Group in Leeds we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and progress within the Company. 

Day to day duties are:

- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- General Administration Duties
- Scanning documentation to Concept Live database
- Ensure accuracy of information held on the computerised payroll system
- Collate documents for AWR regulations - speaking with internal branches and email to follow up
- Welcoming visitors ensuring they sign in correctly
- Making Tea and Coffee
- Help maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the Head Office
- Completing the filing accurately, to ensure all information can be found for audits etc
- Help keeping Concept Live records clear for smooth running of the system
- Scanning timesheets as evidence to support accounts department issue invoices

Ideally applicants should have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation & planning skills
  • A flexible approach to working practices
  • Numeracy skills
  • The ability to work to strict deadlines
  • A willingness to learn and develop
