Stock Office Administrator (part-time) in Brighouse

The Job

Our client, based in Brighouse requires a part-time Stock Office Administrator to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday (25.5 hours) 1pm – 10pm.

Duties include:

  • Processing and Printing Orders plus all pick notes for warehouse from 2 warehouse admin systems
  • Processing any incorrect orders, add back to the system and correct stock totals, ensuring all stocks are correct at all times
  • Prepping delivery notes for all orders for a number of clients we deliver to on a daily basis
  • Completing all system orders from start to finish for our clients
  • Deal with any system issues where needed, need to understand the system and work alongside our IT team when needed
  • Emailing out to teams across the site daily figures, keeping these updated at all times
  • Using excel daily to produce reports for the office and warehouse staff
  • Telephone Queries, dealing with drivers and store enquiries
  • Deal with stock counts where needed
  • Manually updating paperwork where needed
  • Completing all tasks set by office supervisor and manager

 

 Applicants should have the following skills / attributes:

  • Needs to be computer literate (word and excel)
  • A quick learner and able to work alone
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work on warehouse systems
  • Flexible where needed (covering holidays)
  • Adaptable to change
