On-site Recruitment Co-ordinator in Skelmersdale

The Concept Recruitment Group is one of the fastest growing Industrial Recruitment Companies in the North of England and we have an exciting opportunity for an On-site Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our existing team based across our two client sites in Skelmersdale & Salford.
The role requires a degree of flexibility as you will be required to work a rota shift system working 5 days in a 7 day period, 40 hours per week.
Applicants must have excellent organisational & administration skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
The main duties of the role are:
- Resourcing candidates
- Registering candidates ensuring compliance in accordance with Home Office right to work legislation
- Conducting induction training and site tours
- Checking in temporary workers
- Office administration / general office duties
It is also imperative that you are able to build and maintain an effective working relationship with our client along with being able to work as part of the Concept team.
Ideally, applicants will have a driving licence and own a car.
