Customer Service Co-ordinator in Leeds

The Job

Concept Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator who will provide administrative support to the Internal Customer Service team.

Key Objectives

  •     To maintain a high organised standard of administration via electronic and manual systems
  •     To assist with progressing customer enquires through to works order stage and the delivery of goods and to assist with providing customers with accurate and up to date information regarding enquires, orders, progress and stocks.
  •     Establish and develop a good working relationship with the Customer Service Team.
  •     Support the customer service team in the day to day running of the accounts
  •     Produce daily stock sheets customer reports including forecasting via Excel
  •     Keep on top of retail management and customer samples to make sure they get sent out when required
  •     To provide sickness and holiday cover where required for other members of the team
  •     To regularly liaise with the Customer Service Executives and the Team Leader to ensure customer requirements are consistently satisfied
  •     Utilise both verbal and written communication in order to communicate and liais effectively with the customer and internal departments
  •     Represent the department in a professional and friendly manner


  •     Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy skills
  •     Advanced IT skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
  •     Excellent communication skills
  •     Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  •     Be able to work on your own initiative
  •     Flexible to meet the needs of the business
  •     Demonstrate initiative; proactive in managing work
