Our client, based in Bradford has a permanent vacancy for a part-time Customer Logistics Administrator.
Hours of work are 20 per week, 13.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Ideally, applicants must have:
A good geographical knowledge of the UK
Previous experience in either a customer service or logistics environment.
Previous administration experience
The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Good organisational skills.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Liaising with customer sites across the UK to obtain accurate site information for the smooth delivery of products.
Maintaining a database of site contacts, vehicle access and egress requirements and suitable vehicle types that can gain access to sites.
Providing accurate detail to the customer of shipment and delivery status of product.
Liaising with third party hauliers / contractors for booking of despatches and dealing with any returns.
Dealing with and resolving any complaints.
