Customer Service Administrator - Maternity Cover in Leeds

Our client based in Leeds is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their motivated, forward thinking and busy team.
• Processing customer orders onto Aurora system accurately and efficiently managing out of stocks and pricing
• Support the Customer Services team handling customer calls and sales team via telephone and email
• Prepare and circulate daily reports
• Raise International invoices
• Investigate delivery discrepancies, credit, debit claims and organise warranty collections
• Use web based portals to access carrier information, upload orders etc.
• Sorting and distributing post and franking outgoing mail
You will need:
• Enthusiastic character with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Positive attitude
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to operate in a fast paced ever changing high pressure environment
• PC literate with high level of understating with MS Office & Businesses Operating System
Working hours - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Although initially offered on a temporary basis, (Covering maternity leave)
