We are currently recruiting for an On-site Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the team based in the Burton Latimer area. Our client operates in the Food distribution sector.
The role will involve managing our temporary work force on a daily basis, answering e mails and telephone calls, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, administrative duties such as filing, using our internal systems, data inputting & workforce planning. Attention to detail is key in this role and requires someone who can work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. We require a confident individual who has the ability to speak with candidates, colleagues and managers at the site.
The role will require you to work a five over seven day shift pattern including on-call duties and holiday cover. The role will involve a mix of working morning and afternoon shifts rotating weekly. This will be discussed further at interview.
