Location: Minworth, West Midlands
Contract: Temporary
Shift Pattern: Morning Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay: £12.71/hr | Overtime: £16.32/hr (after 37.5 hours)

About the Role:
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a high-performing team at our Minworth site. Working across a variety of manual and automated production lines, you will help meet production volume and quality targets while following strict Health & Safety and Quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all company Health, Safety, and Quality regulations, including Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures
• Understand and follow customer packaging specifications
• Support production efficiency to meet hourly and daily targets
• Follow guidance from your Line Leader for production processes
• Ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene audits
• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and clean-as-you-go standards
• Assist in the training and development of new starters
• Act as a role model for best practice and workplace behaviours
• Minimise waste wherever possible
• Use provided PPE: gloves, hairnets, and overcoat

Requirements:

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to Health & Safety standards
• Ability to work morning shifts, with some flexibility around working afternoon shifts (2pm-10pm) when required
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
