Machine Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Assistant to join our client within the printing industry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a printing environment, assisting machine operators and supporting the smooth running of production.

Hours of work 6-2/2-10 rotating

Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting machine operators with the day-to-day running of  machinery.
• Loading and unloading materials and preparing jobs for production.
• Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure printed materials meet required standards.
• Packing orders
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Helping to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Reporting any machine faults or production issues to the operator or supervisor.
