EU Settlement Scheme

By 31st January 2022, 6.44 million applications had been received in total (386,600 had been received since 30 June 2021), 6.12 million applications had been concluded –

• 51% had been granted settled status
• 41% granted pre-settled status
• 4% being refused.

Family members can apply for an EU Settlement Scheme family permit to come to the UK with an eligible family member if they’re a British citizen and they have lived with them in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein since before 31 December 2020.
