Concept Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our Wakefield team. This role is temporary ongoing, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Role Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the business, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence
- Accurately entering information onto a in-house database system (full training given)
- Assisting in the completion of registration packs
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
You will need:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to a busy team
- A positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
