Production Line Leader – Minworth | £13.91–£14.61/hr | Temp to Perm | Full-time
Are you a natural leader with experience on production lines? Join a well-established logistics company at their Minworth depot as a Production Line Leader, driving efficiency, quality, and safety on the floor.
Shifts: Afternoons only – Monday to Friday, 13:45 to 22:15.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to consistently meet production targets.
- Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train new starters and support team development.
- Monitor and minimise waste while improving processes.
- Report issues promptly and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing production lines or teams.
- Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to hit targets and manage labour effectively.
