We are recruiting for night shift operatives on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers.  As they continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join the team as  on the night shift.

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Operative on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, including:

• Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment.
• Experience with injection moulding is desired but not essential
• Assembling, packing, and labelling products.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Reporting any issues or malfunctions to the shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Monitor the production line for potential issues and ensure efficient workflow.
• Complete all tasks with attention to detail and within the specified timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 6pm-6am.
