£35,000 Per Annum plus benefits
Monday to Thursday, 08:00am to 16:00pm with a 30 Minute lunch. Friday 08:00am 13:30pm.
Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Wakefield based client to recruit an experienced Assembly Operative on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be joining a busy manufacturing company, playing a key part in the varied working day which will be a combination of technical assembly, equipment operation, and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test dust control filters and related systems to required specifications
- Delivering to customers and collecting from suppliers with eligibility to drive the company’s 3.5 tonne curtain sider and flat back vans
- Operate forklift trucks and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
- Always maintain compliance with health and safety procedures
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team success
- Take initiative and responsibility for your work, promoting continuous improvement in processes and systems
- Goods Management
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Full UK driving licence
- Forklift truck and overhead crane operation experience (certifications advantageous.)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health and safety practices
- Enthusiasm for identifying ways to improve productivity and efficiency
