Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Weekly Rotating shift:  Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:30/Monday to Thursday: 13:00-22:00 and Friday: 07:00 – 15:30

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality signage and fabrication solutions to recruit a number of Assembly Operatives.

As an Assembly Operative, you will work on a wide range of projects, following drawings and instructions to ensure all signage is produced to the highest standards of quality and finish. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble signage products, including structural components, face panels, brackets, and LED lighting systems
• Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications accurately
• Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Assist with fitting and wiring LED lighting where required
• Ensure all completed signage meets quality and finish standards
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment at all times

 

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
• Strong practical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required
• Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality
• Ability to work confidently with hand tools

 

Hours: Weekly Rotating shift:  Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:30/Monday to Thursday: 13:00-22:00 and Friday: 07:00 – 15:30

Pay: £13.00 per hour
