Bonded Wadding Inspector
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Rotating Shifts (06:15–14:15 and 14:15–22:15)

Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and looking to grow in a fast-paced production environment?

We are currently seeking a Bonded Wadding 2 Inspector to join our client based in Mirfield.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Inspect product quality during production and cover for the Machine Foreman during breaks.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Report quality or mechanical issues to the Machine Foreman, Shift Manager, or Maintenance Manager and assist in resolving them using problem-solving skills.
• Accurately log downtime and stoppages using our networked SFOL (Shop Floor Online) system.
• Communicate operational concerns to the Shift Manager and participate in troubleshooting activities.
• Record and manage quality check results and maintain documentation for product traceability.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus, but not essential—full training will be provided.
• A proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a high-paced setting.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
