CNC Miller with Heidenhaim experience

We are currently looking for a CNC Miller with fully experience of programming in Heidenhaim. This post requires you to be able to fully programmed, tooled and fixtured from start to finish.

Must have requirements:

• The ability to fully programme in Heidenhaim (MUST have previous experience).
• Must be able to fully tool up the machine.
• Experience in making and using fixtures.
• Ability to self-inspect own work.
• Good knowledge of high speed tooling.
• Used to working with both large and small components
• Experience of working with various materials including steel, cast iron, bronze, aluminium, duplex.

Hours per week: 38 – Mon to Thus – 7.30am to 4pm & Fri 7.30am to 1.30pm (Lunch 12.00 to 12.30pm) Monday to Thursday only – no lunch on Friday as finish early.

Holidays:  31 days total inclusive of bank holidays.

Salary:  £36,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.

Overtime available as and when required.
