Job Title: Customer Service Support Representative

Location: Bradford

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Bradford for a customer service agent – As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and assistance. You will handle inquiries, process orders, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process returns/credits

This is a full time permanent role, hours of work will be 8.30am-5pm with an earlier finish on a Friday (Monday – Friday working). Proven experience in a similar role is required, please submit your CV to apply.
