Job Title: Die Cutter Operator

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Die Cutter Operator to work with our client based in Shipley. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machinery to produce high-quality finished products in line with company standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate die cutting machines efficiently and safely
• Ensure materials are correctly aligned and cut to specification
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating die cutting machinery (e.g. platen, rotary, or flatbed) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts/overtime if required
