Flexi / Bendi FLT Driver

We are looking for an experienced Flexi / Bendi Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our clients team in Normanton.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Flexi / Bendi FLT license, previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off, Days 6am-6pm and Nights 6pm-6am.

Hourly Rate: Day shift £12.21 per hour and Nights £12.60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Flexi / Bendi forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate stock movement.
• Store and retrieve pallets from racking in line with operational procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any defects.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and stock control.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to meet productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Valid Flexi / Bendi FLT license (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited preferred).
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to shifts and overtime when required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Friendly and supportive work environment.
