Job Title: FLT Counter Balance Driver – Bradford (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bradford, BD6
Salary: £13 per hour
Contract: Temporary, with potential to become permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 1pm – 11pm
About the Role:
We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counter Balance Driver for a busy warehouse in Bradford. This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating counter balance forklifts and a valid ITSSAR or RTITB certification. You will play a vital role in warehouse operations, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Move stock internally using FLT equipment
- Perform general warehouse duties including light lifting
- Manage paperwork and stock records accurately
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Valid ITSSAR or RTITB counter balance FLT certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience operating forklifts
- Confident in handling FLTs in a busy warehouse setting
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow health & safety procedures
