Night Shift Reach Truck Driver – Kingswinford
Salary: £15.27 per hour, overtime £20.31 after 37.5 hours
Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Sunday to Thursday
Contract: On-going Temporary
Location: Kingswinford (own transport required – no public transport available)

Overview:
Our award-winning client is looking for an experienced Night Shift Reach Truck Driver to join their busy food production facility. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods across the warehouse and production areas, maintaining operational flow and accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach truck to move and stack products safely
• Transfer goods within warehouse, production, and yard areas
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks and report any faults
• Follow health & safety protocols and site rules
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck license (RTITB or ITSSAR) with 1+ year experience
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to complete training on day shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm) for 3–4 weeks at £13.77/hr

Desirable:

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
