Internal Account Manager – Sales

£27k per annum, plus benefits

Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4.30pm and Friday, 8am to 1pm

Leeds, LS12

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit a Internal Account Manager to join their growing sales team on a permanent, full time basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and day to day customer communications, whilst supporting the continued development of existing and prospective accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and issuing accurate verbal and written quotations in response to customer enquiries
• Reviewing, following up, and negotiating quotations where appropriate
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and arranging proof of delivery where required
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to support profitable business growth
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales information within ERP and internal systems

You will need:

• Previous experience within an internal sales, account management, or customer focused sales role
• Experience within metals, engineering, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or raw materials sector would be advantageous but not essential
• Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems
