Manufacturing Operatives

£12.71 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Pucklechurch, Bristol (BS16)

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40 hours per week

Temporary to Permanent

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our manufacturing client based in Pucklechurch to recruit a Manufacturing Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to support the assembly of refrigeration plants within our clients workshop.  You will ensure all assembles are completed safely and to our client’s high standards, contributing to the efficient delivery of fully assembled refrigeration packs.

Role responsibilities:

• Measure cut and fit insulation to refrigeration system and pipework
• Ensure all fitting/installations are neat, secure and meet required specifications
• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Follow engineering drawings and work instructions accurately
• Identify and report any drawing issues, component discrepancies or build concerns to the team leader

You will need:

• Experience in testing and inspection of mechanical systems (refrigeration systems would be preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• The enthusiasm and motivation to succeed
• Basic IT skills
