- Operate cutting-edge production technology, including robotics, quality cameras, and thermal equipment.
- Track production data and performance metrics to improve processes.
- Play a key role in problem-solving, continuous improvement projects, and audits.
Engineering – Develop Valuable Skills
- Work alongside engineers to gain hands-on mechanical skills.
- Assist with basic maintenance and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.

Essential Skills & Attributes
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- A team player with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Committed to workplace safety and quality.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Desirable (but not required)
- Experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement (CI).
- Forklift Truck (FLT) or Mobile Plant/MHE license.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and Health & Safety policies.
