What You’ll Be Doing

  • Train to become a multi-skilled operative across different departments within 18 months.
  • Operate cutting-edge production technology, including robotics, quality cameras, and thermal equipment.
  • Track production data and performance metrics to improve processes.
  • Play a key role in problem-solving, continuous improvement projects, and audits.

Engineering – Develop Valuable Skills

  • Work alongside engineers to gain hands-on mechanical skills.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Attributes

  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Committed to workplace safety and quality.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Desirable (but not required)

  • Experience in manufacturing or continuous improvement (CI).
  • Forklift Truck (FLT) or Mobile Plant/MHE license.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and Health & Safety policies.
