Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £12.69
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Duration: Temporary until Christmas, with the potential for a permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
- Print orders from websites.
- Type up gift cards and bulk print tickets.
- Book out orders and process them efficiently.
- Answer phones and handle queries with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Greet and manage click & collect customers at reception.
- Handle returns and manage the dashboard.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with order processing systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
