Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £12.69

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Duration: Temporary until Christmas, with the potential for a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print orders from websites.
  • Type up gift cards and bulk print tickets.
  • Book out orders and process them efficiently.
  • Answer phones and handle queries with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Take customer orders over the phone.
  • Greet and manage click & collect customers at reception.
  • Handle returns and manage the dashboard.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially with order processing systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
