Full time, Temporary to Permanent

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Order Processor on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be part of a busy team and must be willing to support other departments and colleagues within the business as and when required.

Role responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls from customers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Working on a costing system (Spok) to provide accurate information
  • Updating customers on the status of their order
  • Accurately entering information onto our clients CRM system
  • General administrative duties

You will need:

  • Experience of working on a costing system (this is essential)
  • Previous experience of working within an order processing role/environment
  • Competent IT skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

This is a full time role and a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to use their order processing skills and experience in a temporary to permanent role.
