Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Honley based client to recruit an experienced Powder Coater on a full time, temporary to permanent basis.
We are looking for experienced powder coaters to work with our client, a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company producing high-quality components and finished products for a wide range of industries.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare sheet metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging parts
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply powder coatings to achieve high-quality finishes
- Monitor coating thickness and finish quality
- Load and unload curing ovens
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules
