Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm (from Summer 2025, 4 on 4 off fixed days or nights – 6am-6pm/6pm-6am

£14.69 per hour, weekly pay and accrued holiday pay

Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our building/construction client in Wakefield to recruit a number of Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be:

• Training to become a multi-skilled operative across different departments
• Operating cutting edge production technology including robotics, quality cameras and thermal equipment
• Tracking production data and performance metrics
• Playing a key roe in problem solving, continuous improvement projects and audits
• Working alongside engineers to gain hands on mechanical skills
• Assisting with basic maintenance and suggesting improvements to boost efficiency

You will need:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• A track record of reliability with excellent timekeeping and attendance
• A commitment to workplace safety and quality
• The desire to learn and adapt to new challenges
• An FLT licence (desirable but NOT essential)
