About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our client based in Featherstone. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality meets our standards. This position follows a 3 on / 3 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work-life schedule.
Working Hours:
The role operates on a fixed shift pattern of 12-hour days, running from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will work three consecutive days, followed by three days off, offering a predictable and consistent schedule that supports work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 3 on / 3 off pattern.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods.
