Shift Pattern: Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay: £12.71/hr | Overtime: £16.32/hr (after 37.5 hours)
About the Role:
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a high-performing team at our Minworth site. Working across a variety of manual and automated production lines, you will help meet production volume and quality targets while following strict Health & Safety and Quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all company Health, Safety, and Quality regulations, including Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures
- Understand and follow customer packaging specifications
- Support production efficiency to meet hourly and daily targets
- Follow guidance from your Line Leader for production processes
- Ensure compliance with internal and external hygiene audits
- Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and clean-as-you-go standards
- Assist in the training and development of new starters
- Act as a role model for best practice and workplace behaviours
- Minimise waste wherever possible
- Use provided PPE: gloves, hairnets, and overcoat
Requirements:
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to Health & Safety standards
- Ability to work afternoon shifts consistently
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
