Location: Normanton, WF6
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid weekly + accrued holiday pay

3 days on, 4 days off – Days or Nights available

Looking for work that gives you plenty of days off?

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work at a busy manufacturing site in Normanton. The role operates on a 3 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, with both day and night shifts available.

You don’t necessarily need previous manufacturing experience. We’re looking for people who are reliable, practical and able to work at a steady pace in a busy environment. Full training will be provided on the processes and equipment.

Shift options

Days:
Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday
06:00 – 18:00

Nights:
Wednesday to Friday or Sunday to Tuesday
18:00 – 06:00

The role

Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the finishing and binding of printed magazines and other products.

Your duties will include:

• Loading sections of printed material into binding machinery
• Stacking finished products onto pallets
• Scanning and checking work
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working to production targets
• Moving between different tasks as required
• Working independently when required

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll need to stay focused, work safely and be prepared to learn different parts of the process.

Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential.
