Concept Recruitment Group are a leading provider of temporary, permanent and contract staffing solutions in the North of England, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in our successful Wakefield branch, based in the city centre.

You will be working within the industrial temporary market providing an exceptional service to our current, long standing clients whilst identifying new opportunities to develop both existing and new business. Ideally, you will be able to work 6am – 3pm Monday to Friday to help cover one of our key clients, though this may change when requirements are low.

This is a 360 role, and we are looking for a confident, ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated individual to help drive the business forward.

You will need:

    • Previous experience of working on a temporary desk (any sector) in a 360 role
    • The ability to work re-actively and proactively and at times under pressure
    • Flexibility to meet the working hours of our clients (including on-call)
    • A genuine desire to be successful and exceed targets
    • Confident communication skills both written and verbal
    • The ability to build relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
    • A full, clean driving licence
