Tufter / Weaver – NIGHT SHIFT

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative tufter to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality carpets using tufting techniques and tools. If you are a weaver we would also be interested in hearing from you!

This will be working x3 night shifts per week – 12 hour shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tufting guns and frames safely and efficiently
• Follow design briefs or create original rug designs
• Select appropriate yarns, colours, and materials
• Finish products (gluing, trimming, backing)
• Maintain tools and workspace

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of fabrics and yarn types
