Upholsterer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Upholsterer to work full time with our client based in Halifax.

Key Responsibilities

• Upholster chairs, sofas, and other seating products to a high standard.
• Fit foam, padding, covers, and finishing trims.
• Read and follow production specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area.

Requirements

• Previous upholstery experience, preferably within seating or furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to use upholstery hand tools, staple guns, cutting tools, and measuring equipment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently to production targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
