Concept Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading providers of high-quality signage and fabrication solutions to recruit an experienced Vinyl Applicator.

As a Skilled Vinyl Applicator, you will play a key role in preparing, producing, and applying vinyl graphics across a wide range of signage products. Working from digital job instructions, you will help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect. We are looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and committed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, weed, mask, and plot vinyl graphics to a professional standard.
• Apply cut vinyl and printed graphics to aluminum, acrylic, ACM, flat-cut letters, fascia signage, and 3D pictorials.
• Prepare and clean surfaces prior to vinyl application to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Read and follow digital job instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail across all projects.
• Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in vinyl application within signage or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience applying vinyl graphics to a variety of signage materials and surfaces.
• Ability to read and follow digital job instructions.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in taking on new challenges.
• Hands-on and practical, with an eye for detail.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Looking to build a long-term career in the sign making industry.
• Commitment to health, safety, and compliance in everything you do.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some overtime at weekends.

Weekly Rotating shift:  Monday to Friday: 07:00-15:30/Monday to Thursday: 13:00-22:00 and Friday: 09:13:00

Pay: £15-£17 per hour dependent upon experience
