We are delighted to announce that once again we have demonstrated our expertise and commitment to upholding the highest ethical and operational standards in recruitment by scoring 100% in the REC compliance test. Corporate membership of the REC is dependent on all members achieving a compliance test pass rate of at least 80%.

The REC compliance test is a key part of the REC strategy to raise standards within the recruitment industry and promote it’s members as professional recruiters. The test ensures that all REC Corporate members know the relevant recruitment industry legislation and uphold ethics in accordance with their Code of Professional Practice.
